Membership

The British Columbia Association of Chiefs of Police (BCACP) is the professional association representing police leadership across British Columbia.

With members from municipal police services, the RCMP, Indigenous policing, and policing partners, BCACP provides provincial leadership, opportunities for strategic collaboration, and professional development. The Association offers a trusted forum for addressing issues that matter to policing and the communities we serve.

BCACP’s influence is rooted in the expertise and commitment of its members. Their perspectives inform the Association’s priorities and give it a credible, collective voice on matters affecting policing and public safety in British Columbia.

Membership offers an opportunity to contribute beyond one’s own organization. Through committee service, provincial initiatives, and professional learning, members help shape the Association’s direction while building relationships with colleagues who share the responsibilities of police leadership.
