Mission Statement
The BC Association of Chiefs of Police mission is to:
- Encourage and develop co-operation among all policing agencies in British Columbia.
- Promote a high standard of ethics, integrity, honour, and conduct.
- Foster uniformity of police practices by advocating government and key stakeholders for positive change.
- Encourage the development and implementation of efficient and effective practices in the prevention and detection of crime.
- Effectively communicate problems and concerns to the appropriate levels of authority.
