The BCACP Board of Directors is composed of Deputy Chiefs, Chief Superintendents, Superintendents, and senior policing leaders from across British Columbia. Elected by the membership, the Board represents the diverse regions and perspectives that shape policing in our province.

The Board is supported by the Executive Director, who oversees the day-to-day operations of the Association and serves as the central coordinating hub for BCACP initiatives, committees, conferences, and strategic partnerships.

Through this collaborative leadership model, the BCACP advances provincial priorities, strengthens communication across agencies, and supports the ongoing work of enhancing public safety and policing excellence throughout British Columbia.
