Jim Whiting has been a prosecutor for 23 years, first as a federal prosecutor and currently with the BC Prosecution Service where he is the Administrative Crown Counsel supervising the Commercial Crime section. He has worked in the areas of drug trafficking, tax evasion, smuggling, financial crime and regulatory prosecutions. Back when he was still living on the much colder east coast, Jim taught university courses on cybercrime and criminology at Saint Mary’s University in Halifax.
